The facility is intended for highly demanding guests and offers supreme comfort and service provided in the greatest world tourist centres. The facility offers for accommodation 12 rooms and apartments of which 2 are presidential. The central part of the complex is dominated by a very beautiful pool in which water is heated throughout the year. The villa offers a Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness gym, restaurant with terrace, bar, garage, parking etc.
Both the interior and the exterior of the villa are the work of top architects which have used the best Italian granite and marble, as well as furniture, to bring their ideas to life.
The villa is furnished with state-of-the-art telecommunication equipment, as well as other facilities provided by the new technology.
The fitness gym located beside the swimming pool is furnished with modern digital equipment. Beside the fitness gym there is a large Jacuzzi and a sauna.
The closed parking as well as a garage with elevators for cars is situated on the lower floor; there are car washing facilities.
The facility has its hotel security and 24 hour video surveillance. It also avails of its own water and electric power supply system.
With our assistance you can satisfy all your needs and desires linked with the activities outside the facility. There are ready answers day and night to all your questions and all the necessary information. Pursuant to your wishes we will take you for an unforgettable excursion, tour of the interesting tourist attractions, cities, monasteries, islands etc. Our attentive and patient staff will provide you with transportation by a luxury automobile, yacht cruise, make appointments for services you wish to engage.

The facility offers for accommodation 12 rooms and apartments of which 2 are presidential.
Every apartment is different and unique. These are super luxurious rooms and apartments. The area of the rooms and apartments ranges form 25.50 sq.m. to 156 sq.m.

Presidential apartments

It is understood that there is an air condition, TV wall, video recorder, DVD, audio unit, direct telephone line, video intercom, safe deposit set, etc.
Room-service is at your disposal 24 hours a day.

You can enjoy a please environment with delicacies from the sea, as well as the specialties form the national kitchen from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Bar
Take a swim in our swimming pool and drink something from our wide range of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks all day long until 1 a.m.

After the gym, but also during the day until 11 p.m. when you desire, you can enjoy in the relaxing complex and use the Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. Please note that they have to be booked 1 hour earlier at the reception desk.
