SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to leave the refundable breakage deposit of 500 Eur in cash, upon arrival.

- Villa can not be approached by car, parking is about 50 m away
- Beach in front of the villa is not private
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.

VILLA MAKARSKA is modern and excellently appointed five bedroom villa, which is located on the amazing beach of picturesque village of Drasnice, on Makarska riviera. Fantastic location provides unforgettable sea view from the villa and the vicinity of the beach makes the villa one of the most desirable.
Villa Makarska is designed to provide stress-free holidays and complete relaxation. Modernly furnished, the villa consists of 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. In addition, each floor has spacious, furnished terraces, where our guests can dine or relax with a cocktail, enjoying one of the most impressive sea views.
Each part of the villa is designed for your pleasure; it is entirely air-conditioned, each room has a balcony with a view of the sea. Entire ground floor is designed only for relaxation: a swimming pool hidden from view, deck chairs and furniture, every evening colored and completed into a perfect picture by a purple sunset.
The villa has been constructed with paying attention to the smallest details, on the external part each stone was separately chosen and designed, two terraces paved with exotic wood, in the inside all bathrooms and the entire ground floor are furnished with floor heating and upstairs on the floors there is parquet of the highest quality, which makes your footwear absolutely unnecessary during your vacation.
On the house roof there is a sunbathing area paved with exotic wood and completely hidden from view. All rooms are completely air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV sets.
GROUND FLOOR
Welcomes you with a large space, dominated by sofas and 55' LCD television set. There is a bedroom with en suite bathroom and additional bathroom for daily use. All areas are completely air conditioned and equipped with LCD TV sets.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has south orientated spacious living room with 40' LCD TV and charming, modern kitchen with dining area. In the middle of the living room, there is a fire place providing warmth to the room and making your night romantic.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea. All rooms are completely air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV sets.
SECOND FLOOR
There is a large, south orientated living room on the second floor, with 40' LCD TV, large white kitchen and dining area for 6 guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide spectacular sea view and make the whole area very airy.
There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sea. All rooms are completely air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV sets.
OUTDOOR
The villa is located on the beach, which is fine pebble. Our guests enjoy waking up with the sounds of the waves and taking a glance on the amazing water colors each morning. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can relax in the pool on the ground floor. On the sun deck there is a table with leisure chairs, ideal for sun bathing or having a breakfast.
